6. Job Applications and Resumes

  • Job Applications: By applying for job opportunities through Sync Up, you authorize us to share your application, resume, and personal information with potential employers and clients as part of the recruitment process.

  • Resume Storage: Sync Up may store your resume and application information for future job opportunities, unless you request deletion. You may update or delete your resume at any time by accessing your account.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • No Guarantee of Employment: Sync Up does not guarantee job placement or employment. We make no representations or warranties regarding the success of your job search or the suitability of any job opportunities.

  • Site Availability: We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available or error-free. We may suspend or discontinue the Site or Services at any time without notice.

  • The Site and Services are provided on an "as-is" basis, and we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Content or Services.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sync Up shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Site or Services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages related to:
